Nothing pairs better with a Negroni than a proper Club Sandwich. It’s my go-to whether it’s a humid afternoon in Rome or a snowstorm in Switzerland. The great hotels of the world treat their club like an art form, each one convinced theirs is the best. And honestly, they might be right.
I’ve been fortunate (or maybe just hungry enough) to sample some of the finest clubs from California to Cannes, and I’ve swapped notes with fellow obsessives of the Club Sandwich, and only a few cities made the cut. This hat is a nod to them, and to anyone who knows that the best meal can be found at high noon by the pool, or on a silver tray at 2 a.m. when jet lag takes over.
